Masterportal version 3.19.0 released

Highlights at a Glance:

• New Data Formats & Layers: With the addition of the GeoTiff layer type (Layer2dRasterGeoTiff) and expanded parameters for WMS-Time (filtering via dimensionRange), you now have even greater control over your raster data.
• Improved Search: WFS search now supports multi-select for search results, including a "zoom to full extent" feature. Additionally, the LocationFinder display can now be customized using the displayName property.
• User Interface & Interaction: A new custom button in the layer tree allows you to trigger specific actions directly at the layer level. Furthermore, LayerPills and the ShareView functionality have been optimized for a more consistent user experience.
• Print & Export Fixes: GFI queries are now always available in print mode. We have also ensured the correct rendering of time-based layers (WMS-T) and vector data during export.
• Developer Experience: Updates to API packages, cleaned-up linting rules, and expanded documentation make working with the code smoother than ever.
